$TICKET Terms of Service

Draft public terms placeholder. Last updated: pre-launch.

Important: these terms are a product-facing draft and are not a substitute for legal review. Final launch terms, sweepstakes/AMOE rules, jurisdiction restrictions, privacy disclosures, and risk language must be reviewed before live rewards begin.

1. Experimental product

$TICKET is an experimental Solana token experience involving token mechanics, holder snapshots, fee-funded reward cycles, free-entry campaigns, and public proof records. Participation involves risk, including loss of funds, token volatility, execution risk, infrastructure risk, and regulatory uncertainty.

2. No guarantees

No payout, selection, reward amount, token value, liquidity, market cap, rate of return, or continued operation is guaranteed. Reward rules, eligibility, cadence, scoring inputs, free-entry limits, and verification requirements may change before launch and as disclosed after launch.

3. Reward-cycle activation

The first live reward cycle is intended to start at 500 holders. After activation, cycles are intended to run every 30 minutes, even if holder count later moves below 500, subject to technical availability, published rules, and final launch configuration.

4. Free-entry route

No purchase is intended to be necessary to participate through the no-purchase entry path. Free entries are intended to have equivalent odds per entry. Free-entry users may be required to connect X, publish a qualifying campaign post, submit or connect a Solana wallet address, and keep the qualifying X post public through draw verification.

If a selected free-entry participant deletes the qualifying post, makes it private, or fails verification during the draw verification window, that entry may be ineligible and the draw may redraw until an eligible participant is selected. Final sweepstakes/AMOE rules govern.

5. Wallets and signatures

Read-only wallet connection should not require token approvals or seed phrases. Never share a seed phrase or private key with $TICKET or anyone claiming to represent $TICKET. A manual wallet-address option may be offered for users who do not want to connect a wallet.

6. X account connection

X connection should use OAuth or another approved authentication flow. $TICKET should never ask for an X password in the product. X posts may be checked for author, timestamp, public availability, campaign text, and deletion/private status.

7. Jurisdiction and eligibility

Eligibility may vary by jurisdiction. The final launch rules may restrict participation in certain locations or by certain users. Users are responsible for understanding whether participation is permitted where they live.

8. Proof and transparency

When live, $TICKET intends to publish event records, including pool information, eligible counts, selected wallets, exclusions, payout transactions, randomness/proof data, and reserve information where applicable.

9. Contact

Launch contact information will be published before live rewards begin.
